We rebuilt the experience around two clear audience paths: Residential and Business. From there, we simplified the user journey so each audience could quickly understand the service, register, and take action. Key details like service areas, fees, eligible containers, and pickup expectations were organized into a more consistent information structure. On the backend, we developed a custom WordPress web app that consolidated registration and scheduling into one system. Users could create an account, enter payout details, schedule pickups, track status, and manage information without starting over every time.
