    Exhibit B is a boutique creative design agency rooted in culture, moved by stories, and built by design. We specialize in graphic design, branding, digital campaigns, experiential design, and website development for purpose-driven brands.

    We’re seeking a Creative Operations Manager (Contract) to help us stay organized and scale efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Creative Producer to manage projects, onboard freelancers, and ensure creative deliverables stay on track. This is a remote, part-time, flexible role ideal for someone who’s organized, resourceful, and familiar with creative workflows. 

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Project Management & Workflow Oversight
    Own the creative production pipeline, from kickoff to delivery, across multiple clients and projects. Ensure tasks are clearly scoped, assigned, and progressing on time.

    Team Management & Creative Resourcing
    Help assign designers, editors, and freelancers to the right projects. Monitor team bandwidth, availability, and creative output quality.

    Client Delivery
    Review assets and ensure they meet brand standards, strategic goals, and delivery specs. Keep deliverables organized and easy to access.

    Systems & Operations
    Optimize tools like Monday.com, Dropbox and Google Drive. 

    Creative Traffic & Status Tracking
    Maintain project trackers. Flag roadblocks early and communicate timelines proactively.

    Strategic Support
    Partner with the Creative Director to build internal systems, streamline client onboarding, and support larger strategic initiatives as the agency scales.

    Tools & Skills You Should Have

    Strong knowledge of Monday.com and experience using Slack

    Experience managing creative teams or agencies, ideally in design, branding, or content production

    Who You Are

    An exceptional communicator who can give clear direction and follow up with grace

    Comfortable giving feedback to contractors

    Systems thinker who loves making things run smoother, faster, and smarter

    Understands creative minds and how to keep them focused without micromanaging

    US-based 

    Compensation & Timeline

    Hourly Rate: $50/hr
    Hours: Estimated 15–20 hours/month, with flexibility to scale based on project needs
