Recap Recycling helps Connecticut residents and businesses redeem bottles with doorstep pickups instead of drop-offs. But the old signup experience was long, manual, and frustrated users right when they were most motivated.
One clear path for every audience.
We reorganized the site around two entry points.
Residential and Business so each group finds what they need immediately. Essential details like service areas, fees, and eligible containers sit in a consistent Resources layer, reducing guesswork and phone calls.
A single, reliable registration and scheduling system.
We built a custom WordPress plugin that served as a web application consolidating signups and pickups into a seamless experience.
Streamlined pickups and payouts.
Residential users enter Zelle info upfront to ensure smooth refunds. Once registered, users can log in to schedule pickups, track status, and manage details without repeating steps.
Automated operations behind the scenes.
The integration process we built routes new users and pickup requests into Recap’s operations system. Confirmations and reminders happen automatically, eliminating manual emails and spreadsheets and reducing errors.
